Lower Cape Outreach Council's Operations Center is open Monday - Friday,
from 9:30 a.m. 3:30 p.m. with the exception of holidays.
Calls made to LCOC during non-business hours are recorded and then answered
the next business day. The office is closed on the following holidays:
